At LEVITICAL, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as received.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items: Sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
